Equipment Department Project Manager
List of Responsibilities
Person would be required to read a set of plans and price equipment off the plans.
Provide equipment selection and engineering support to consulting engineers and contractors.
Be able to prepare submittals of equipment selected for approval by consulting engineers.
Be responsible for order entry and job tracking to ensure project delivery.
Provide job follow up and support.
In summary, provide complete order fulfillment on any project from inception to completion.

Be familiar with Mechanical HVAC Systems
Possess good communication skills
Be computer literate
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be detail oriented
Able to interface with customers

Education
Minimum 2 year technical degree, 4 year engineering degree preferred.
Experience
Preferred minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC industry. Project management experience is a plus.

List of Responsibilities
Provide education, equipment selection, and engineering support to owners, consulting engineers, and contractors.
Be proactive in influencing the market to gain a preference for our products and service with owners, engineers, and contractors through product presentations, technical service and support, and education.
Be the primary interface for each assigned customer set in this market.
Be responsible for setting margins and closing sales for both applied equipment and turn key DDC controls projects.
