Water Street Capitol Project

The Water Street Capitol, Inc. project consists of a 3,500 s.f. addition to an existing 7,500 s.f. office building with wood frame construction. The HVAC systems for the existing portions of the building consist of residential style split systems. The occupancy for the addition is an upscale class-A executive office suite. Given the small project size, limited space, wood frame construction, and high pitched roof, a typical central station variable air volume system was not a practical fit. The Daikin system offered an energy efficient solution with the aesthetics, zoning, and performance of a class-A executive suite office environment, typically served by a large central station variable air volume system. The Daikin VRV system was able to meet the clients’ expectations without compromise.
