Our Service Department is charged with supporting and servicing all equipment and controls Brooks Air Systems represents.
The Service Department technicians are factory trained to ensure proper start up and commissioning of all systems sold by Brooks Air. The Service Department is also responsible for warranty repairs and ongoing customer service for the life of the system.
Our service offerings include:
-Start-Up and In-Warranty Labor
-Customized service and preventative maintenance agreements
-24 hour emergency assistance
-Remote system monitoring and trouble shooting
-On-site and/or in-house training
-Technology upgrades
-Data base restoration and storage services
-Mechanical systems maintenance, repair, and replacements
